This is drawing is based on the classic scenario of a brother who pulls a prank on his sister, who then pulls a revenge prank on him and it looks like the brother is in a very embarrassing situation indeed. Especially with all the super glue holding everything in place 
Including his very pretty dolly head. Now the only question is will his niece get an A or an A+ for her show and tell

When it comes to pranking you gotta have a code of honour or etiquette to avoid these things going overboard
At least he stuck to friends and family rather than targeting a stranger and long-lasting collateral damage doesn't seem to be an issue unless it cost her an important interview. Itching powder should wash out of all her clothes hopefully.
